"We have been with Daniel's team since we moved back here in 2015. They have been wonderful. Every time we need a quote or need to change a policy it is so easy and painless. "Fernando did an excellent job helping me transition all of my insurance needs from another company to State Farm. I found out my previous provider would no longer be handling home insurance and found myself in a bind needing to replace my insurance immediately. I phoned State Farm at the end of day on a Friday and was connected to Fernando. Fernando listened to all of my insurance needs, patiently answered all of my questions and submitted quotes for my review that day. I know he stayed after his scheduled work hours, but he never made me feel rushed or like he was being inconvenienced. I was more worried about keeping him late and tried to rush the process for his convenience. In my opinion, he went above and beyond by calming my anxiety, my concern for his time, and made sure that the focus stayed on my insurance needs and that they were being properly addressed despite the late nature of my call. "The most cumbersome painful insurance provider I’ve ever dealt with. Got car and renters insurance with them and for the first four months I called on a monthly basis to fix the issues that they had because they weren’t auto billing me as they were supposed to. I’ve paid too many late fees and have a hard time getting ahold of someone in a timely manner. Overall, super bad experience."
